Seat ibiza 6L 2006 Magnet Marelli read PIN or make IMMO OFF

I have a problem with Seat ibiza which after draing the battery to 0V have lost immo synchronization and does not start.
I need IMMO OFF or read pin.
I tried to read pin with Carprog via OBD but get security acces error. But Carprog connects with instrument cluster and reads fault.
When I tried to take out dash and connect it via OBD but on bench i cannot connect even for faults..

I found pinouts but it says that this dash is CAN line. but carprog use 10400 bps that i think is K-line speed.

Dash number is:
6L0920823B

Where ther on EEprom is PIN stored? On which Eeprom and haw to read it?
I see two eeproms:
6250g
2903 E2546

but do not know what kind are they.
2903 E2546 have tried to read as 95640 but read with errors

Or safe mode on bench?
will try now your PIN as i think you read it from ECU Eeprom.
If it will be wrong where to read it from tacho eeprom?

pin 41813 - not working now will try to look for 93C86 on dashboard. But doesn not have this eeprom title on any of them probably it is named diffrent.
Where is it on dash? Photos in first picture

Hi, friend the pin code you can get by obd2, cause there is many kind memory 1 (encrypted 93c86) and 2 mcu, if you don't found eeprom 93c86 so this mean you can just get pin by obd2.

i tryied to get pin by OBD2, have used CARPROg > Scurity acces error, used Autel Maxisys Pro, also get errors. Do not have Vag CAN PRO. Which will read it also.
VCDS do not read. Digiprog3 also do not read it...

Friend, what do you mean not read? vcds can't read pin code, do you mean no communication by obd2 the dashboard? or ?. maybe cause you trying on the bench that why can't accept, try on the car, go to the dash and try use universal pin code 13861 and after adaptation 00 or try readapt key by this pin, maybe can accept.

Dear friend I mean that i tryied on the car wit ecu and Dash connected to car.
And Carprog and Autel both were not able to read pin code i have oryg Key and tried to adpat it using 41813 wrong code. ok will try one more to adapt it with 13861.
the car stood 15 km from me so i have to drive back every time i try it.

Thets strange that i cannot read pin code using CARPROG Online by OBDII. thats why i try to do it by desoldering the Eeprom

OK friend, try by vcds the login 13861. your ecu don't have pin code, the pin just in the dashboard. any way can you take a photo of dash from back also and put it here?.
i put here a photo, see if your dash same as this with Motorola processor MC9S12H256, you can read with a programmer and put the dump here to get pin code.
