the problem is with downloading the software.
I mean, the setup for the Android gets very fast but software updates about the week.

Software is available only from their site.

i have this programmer but did not work on cas3 and cas4, i get pin connection error, i tested the pad on cas board and it does indeed have good connection to chip. but no matter what, no pin detection on two pins (same pin error on all boards i tried on. so possible defective item)

i have not spoken to anyone who actually has this programmer so i don't know how well it works, ive only seen videos online from sellers.

don't know to return and buy another programmer, or exchange and try again. any suggestions?
