Good luck. It is not free. You need to register an pay for it. SPS you need to be company and apply for DUNS number.

You only need to be company and supply a D-U-N-S number if you want the secruity side access to SPS, without it you won't be able to program (ECU, BCM, IPC or anything else that requires the security code).
