I want to replace ecu and give report

I’ve default 4 injectors

When I want to synchro pcm in few minutes I have error
it says :
Module return incorrect outcode
It mean module is out of normal state
but I have crank
its my first mazda I’ve work on ford but mazda ....never
maybe flash is corrupted
