Renault Modus spanner warning light on dash

Hi I have the spanner light on, no service due next service in 18000 miles and no codes show on my basic obd reader. does anyone have any idea what it may be or mean?
Any help is much appreciated as I have an MOT at the end of the month.

You need to make a complete diagnostic at other units,body control,airbag,ligths,...to confirm.

I don't understand what you mean by complete diagnosic at other units because the airbag and seatbelt systems have different warning systems, EML light is not on only spanner light and I've done a full OBDll scan and no fault codes came up for anything.

Basic obd is not very good on french. Try to find someone with renault clip tool, and do a deep scan of all modules.
