Default Freelander 2, 2.2 td4 engine not starting

    Guys,
have an freelander 2.2 engine year 2008,which has stalled while driving and since never started again.
As recorded error pcm has P0698-16 Sensor reference voltage C - Circuit low
Have change crank and cam sensors but problem remain,it crank and never start.
On start pilot it starts but stops when no more spraying.
Btw try other pcm too, nothing changed.
In live data when it crank has 280 bar pressure and 2xx rpm,but simply it not fired.
    Maybe someone has same situation?

Reference voltage? Did you check it? The ref 5v must be on most sensor,s. Test at ecu first. One could be pulling the v down. Disconnect all, then replace one at a time, checking all the time to check.

Disconnected all sensors including dpf and egr, reconnected one by one,
check dtc after each sensor disconnect/reconnect nothing bring it back to life.
    Ground to ecu are ok.

That is a power suplly for some sensors , ignition on and measure 5 volt on camshaft sensor , dpf sensor .check in live data voltages .also could be power supply for injectors , edc16 has live data with that voltage around 80 volts . Did you check all fuses and edc powers supply ?

Check sensor supply should be 5Volts.....Had one a few months back ended up renewing the ECM as the supply to sensor from ECM was missing ...cant remember exact code but check supply
Fcuk up now............... ask questions later

a fuel injected engine MUST have speed and load.
    so start with map/maf sensor.
