Very unusual to have an ECU to have more than 3 separate 5v reference outputs regardless of how many 5v fed sensors are on the engine. Most are shared 5v feeds. Back probe every sensor and look for a low 5v feed. Had a transit the other week and I could only find a low voltage (3.4v) feeding one of the accelerator pedal tracks. Turned out it was position sensor on turbo vane diaphragm that was pulling it low. Same sort of fault code. If you haven't got a back probe disconnect sensors one at a time till the 5v reference fault code clears. If it doesn't then it's the loom if the ECU has been swapped already.
    V Series TMS470 / EEPROM data - encryption / decryption, totally pwned.

Have never found what the issue was
They took the car to Land Rover dealer
Guy from dealer call me and ask what i have done so far,
After some time owner calling me and say that the dealer attempt to repair was unsuccessful.

Starting to see this is a bigger problem than just engine management as yesterday instrument was totally dead,no communication, and today it works again but i cannot remove key,bcm had crash input flagged although it did erase with diag, will keep all updated ,at the moment I'm getting a feeling of a bad bcm or multiplug connection somewhere as it appears to be quite damp at the back of the dash but bcm itself is clean and dry. I have checked multiplugs at the back of the glovebox which are good.

Problem solved, dead cluster fault was the cluster itself with same issues as the ford focus and the no start was due to the wiring loom damaged at the back of the block leading to ckp and turbo actuator,it had rubbed through and melted to the block.
    Happy Christmas to all.
