    this dump still contains old vin number, do i need to fff it or something else or dont touch?

    It should allow you to synch and start.
    I dont think it is autosynch, so star will be needed.
    If you need old ecu to transfer data with star, or can write vin 1 first time only, i dont now.
    This is made with the Avdi dump tool.
    I never used it myself, so i can only guess.

    Most take dumps, from a complete set.

    No, no need change VIN in dump, it will be done while you personalizing ecu, need to enter VIN manualy using MB star.
    If previous virgin file doesn't work, do with my solution.

    old ecu is dead and not readable even on a bench. otherwise i would just clone it.

    keturi please provide pass for archive.
