HI! I have 2012 fiat 500 North America, customer vs install battery - native ECU -died, no communication. I take another ECU with the same part number and resolder eeprom from original to another donor, but after that another ECU not answer also( but before i install and it good communication), want is problem? I attached all here, please help!

What is your ECU?
Make virgin and adapt to car better than clone non working eeprom.

If it is diesel marelli you have to make full bdm read(flash micro) and put it to donor ecu..

Hello, I have same problem, I haven't swapped eeprom yet but I know that needs to be either clone or virginized by being read the whole flash, once I needed to program a ecu for a ram promaster, I tried with a used one but I couldn't make it work, I had to buy a new one, and at the time I load the calibration, serial number and security code was loaded from bcm. I think is the same system because both shows the same error "minikript not match"
