Is it your vehicle or did it come in to your garage with those faults. Maybe someone fitted wrong ECU. Or has battery been flat and ECU reprogrammed itself (badly).
    V Series TMS470 / EEPROM data - encryption / decryption, totally pwned.

One can correctly program these units.....I would not worry with it though if the MIL light is off...I see them come through the shop if someone has swoped ecus from a Discovery TD5 with hopes of getting more power
Fcuk up now............... ask questions later

Sounds like it's had an ECU swap to be honest.
The Aircon and ABS faults can be safely ignored, although they can be switched off in the eeprom.
What does concern me is the Can bus fault. The only can bus on the TD5 is the communication between engine and auto ecus. If this isn't there the ecu will be in limp mode.
Also, is the temperature gauge working ok or does it go full scale when cold and drop back when warm?
What ecu type is it? There will be a part number starting MSB or NNN on the side of the ecu on the OPPOSITE end to the connectors.
