ME 7.4.4 Xsara need virgin or ori files

Hi, I have Bosch ME 7.4.4 from Xsara 1.6 and DTC P0601 checksum error. I read Flash 29F400BB and 25C16 ORI.

I need ori files or virgin files to solve this problem

ECU is 0 261 207 477
