Toyota Yaris 1.4 diesel 2006 ECU swap

hi friends..
toyota yaris 1.4 d automatic 2006year
need to swap ECU for this car.
original ecu is bosh 0 281 012 322, donor ecu have different 3 last digits, but motherboard nd chipset seem to be the same.
can i just swap eeprom 95150 and flash am29bl802cb to make car running again??
i have tried to swap only eeprom, now car start but automatic gerabox dont work..
any help will be good...

Are You try reflash Eeprom and Flash?

No, i have just swap chips from original to donor, they are same.

You must reflash all ECU. The best to use BDM

When i swap only eeprom car have start but gearbox doesnt work. When swap eeprom and flash, car wont start.
Donor ecu is from car witg manual gearbox sistem. Can this ecu work on car with automatic gearbox?
