my Ktag 7020 does not work anymore, all logs are gray can one help me?

i have this problem with win7, with xp is all ok

I use win 7 have tried again sd card out clean, imer still the same device is recognized but lists are gray

have it now with win xp still trying the same! does anyone have file for ktag, so I rewrite it on sd card ??

If you already altered sd content in any way or sd is defective will not be that easy to make it work again. Just “Format and write files to sd” will not solve your problem.
