    Default 307 read NEC :(

Good morning, I do not know if someone happened to my case. I have the UPA-USB, never any problem. I try to read the NEC for a 307 dash, it gives me the error "vdd / vcc out of range".
After tests I saw that when removing the NEC adapter, the red LED turns on for 1 second and tells me that it does not find the chip. But if I put the adapter, pinned to the chip or not, this red led no longer works and the error comes out.
I did a test by changing pin 11 directly to the chip and pin 9 to another place, but nothing remains the same.
    Did someone happen to you?

Thank you for your response, the car dash is giving problems, I wanted to pass all the information to the second hand, because if the other has more kilometers, it would be passed to the BSI.
The surprise was the error that the programmer gives me.

thanks for your answer, I have seen the same adapter but with another chip. This carries the small chip, as in the PDF document of UPA-USB, but I saw some that carry a chip with 6 more pins.
