Help radio gps bosch smart

here I come to you because I have a big problem.
I just bought a smart with a GPS but this one displays "blocked radio" contact your service after sale.
I do not know what to do anymore I ask for your help

If you can't repair it, leave it as you found it, don't destroy it.

is there a solution to reprogram the dump through the use of an install file on an SD card?
