Have a look at these connections dedicated for ORANGE FIVE Programmer that may help you.I think these connections are compatible with UPA Programmer and difference should be only the Security Bytes necessary to bypass the MCU security.

best opcion its to remove that mcu and read with xprog like sharm

The pcb layout does not come close to these.
As i posted, w168 is nearest solution.
The idea is to read in circuit, carprog gives us a solution.
