chrysler stratus immo off

hi all. i have stratus LE 2.0 1996 with immo problem. dash not lights up after ignition. i tried off in ecu 95040 but not luck.
immobox rockwell: G117996F
ori files from ecu and bcm:
ecu nr: p04606540

have you blue box under steering?
