for technical info only program I have used/seen is Ford TIS 2004 (after that they went web based). Many dealers are now going down this route sadly.

Agreed I use it daily along with many other dealer software/websites so much easier to get the right part 1st time (although having seen how some of those look I can understand why that "Tpiece 3 inches small" arrived as a 3 foot water pipe LOL ....

same thing here. I tried installing it several times, paying strict attention to the instructions. The maintenance sheet generator works, but the main program keeps telling "you have installed an older version etc".

So if any1 has a solution... I would like to Kow too.

    THANK YOU.

The only language I was able to use for instalation was spanish, as the others didn't proceed and the computer got frozen. Patrian's advice to kill the smaller exe by taskmanager didn't work because there was only one exe activ. Never tried russian, so I'll do that and let you Know.

They are all going web base and they make you pay by the day. It's worth it if you are flashing an ecm and you can buy by the day but to look up parts it is not worth it. The bmw site is so bad i think i need to take a class on how to use their web site

32 bits, OS = XP pro, reinstalling step by step according to instructions I made a little progress: After installing it took me to the website, but there it asked for userid and password. As Userid I entered Ford and tried some passwords, but none of them worked. So if some1 could offer a working password, I'd reall appreciate.

    Thanks. Teuton
