307 lock/unlock button in the dash is flashing fast

Hello there,
i have a peugeot 307 with a problem in the remote lock , that is not working after a battery issue

lock/unlock button in the dash is not working and the red led flashing fast
the remote also don´t work even close at the steer column
brand new battery, pp200 says it work , at least in the test measure level

the history behind is that became with the immo off and left in my hands

i tried to solve with PP2000 but don´t work

any direction will be appreciate, thanks

just enable in bsi.
