Can you tell me why you keep releasing new tools when the old tool is not even a year old?
for example, X300 DP pad is about a year old and was your flagship product, now its not even listed for sale.

Now we have x300 DP plus with new functions that are not being released to X300 DP pad.

This has happened time and time again with your products.

maybe it is their sales policy,no updates just buy new hardware every year

sadly it is the way they work , may as well buy mainstream kit that works from the outset as will end up paying far more by the time you keep upgrading to their latest release .

il stick with the x300 dp till it dies , i see no value in upgrading it , il maybe wait for 2 years till they have released 4 more tools to see if worth upgrading .

its poor customer service droping tools to bring out the new tool so often , sure way to lose customers especially as no reasonable upgrade is offered to those who bought the x300 dp .

The good thing about your company is the split off between Xtooltech and obdstar. I have been working with them in the USA to cover most USA market cars. After 2 years of R&D they are a much better company with good engineers working with them.

Support is non existence.
whenever you point out that this function or on these cars it is not working.
you will just receive only one answer upgrade your device.Even if your device is fully upgraded.

will not buy obdstar anymore.They just want to empty our pockets every year with no major upgrade..(My point of view)

Obd star h100 ford will not program mk7
Transit says wrong security code this was a 2012 model used skp900 1 minute very dissapointed with this tool the menu is like a minestrone even forscan does ford mk7 transits bought this tool thinking would be faster than skp900
