for the cost of the tool , the token free coverage it does work on does give payback , just buy with open eyes , they will discontinue the tool in a short period of time and release a new tool , as sales dwindle they move on and dump what went before , for this reason i wont be buying the new tool without a generous upgrade deal .
in the keymaster dp tool , it was cheap enough to get swift payback , however the lack of bug fixing and getting non working functions working doesnt bode well for the latest tool , buying same promises in a new shell , the latest tool so soon after the dp is just a kick in teeth so wont be getting any more of my money unless making a very special offer to dp owners .

I checked my x300 dp. I not see volvo in immo menu
mercedes w205 not present on menu for cluster calibration
opel zafira B impossible to read pin code

renault megane 2 card and pin OK
peugeot 308 2009 pin OK

You keep asking for logs etc well how did you get the software on machines in first place and put them out for sale if they never were tested on the vehicles they claim to support .
Ok things can go wrong but please address the actual problems but dont make it sound like we have to prove the machines

Software was surely tested before its release. However, it is impossible to test every single vehicle world wide.

There exists difference even the same brand vehicle produced in different areas. Also, various factors result in operation failure.

That's why, need the log file to find out the problem clearly. It is useful way to fix problem than non-cooperation complain.

you will only have volvo if you have the full configuration and not just the standard keymaster dp , if no full system you must buy volvo from them .

or do what they want you to do and just buy the new release machine , you may get a year out of it before they change it again if lucky .

why is there no deals for owners of the keymaster dp especially all those with machines that are not older than a year , diabolical way to treat customers

We bought 3 of these x300dp machines and 2 months later New machine, I would have waited if I had known, at least I got a few months with my zedbull before they put a end to that one, think everyone wants to keep it quite on any new machine releases so they can get rid of there old stock , what you recon, think I might be onto something

because of how IEA treated their customers over zedbull i never bought zedfull as no remorse for their vanishing act and no upgrade deal , diabolical how IEA treated their customers , same now with obd star , wont be getting my money as no trust or faith in them , there will be another new machine next year if true to form , when sales slow down they drop machine and bring out a new one regardless of if old one still failing .

Take ANY K-line peugeot / citroen and test that.
NONE of them work.
How much more specific can we be?

Why you have USA, Asia, Europe, menus etc
Why does other tools you make work on some vehicles not other vehicles .
Looks like coding issues .
Dont you think we are entitled to be annoyed?????? i Paid £800 gbp was on special offer was ment to be £1500.
Lucky i didnt pay that for it .
Can you publish what people are syaing it fails on or what you can say it works on .
So at least we can try and get some use on the cars its ment to work on .
