Default Hobbyist - R270 "Send Command wait"

I am trying to get a EEPROM dump from a 0L15Y CAS3+ from a 2008 BMW 5er. This is from a Junkyard so if I mess it up it will not matter. I am just doing this as a DIY activity. When I hit read it will just sit at "Send Command wait". I am assuming something is not hooked up right but I am not sure what is. I have version 1.20 of the software running on a Windows XP laptop. This is a R270 from Aliexpress.

All of the solder points are bang on from the guides. I went off wire numbers 1,5,7,8,19,24,26 starting with the wires with the 1 label on it. All of the wires I can tug on them without them ripping out.

Do you know the cas version?

I was been unable to read a CAS3+ IstaP with R270.
