Golf mk3 1.9 tdi b58253/24c02 immo off

I need immo off for
golf mk3 tdi 66kw, 1996
ECU code 0 281 001 421/422; 028 906 021 BF
The key with the transponder was lost.
The chip on board was b58253, but i could only read it and not write to it so i got some new 24c02.
Im using a chinese eeprom reader-writer, writes the new 24c02 like it should.

The original dump is in the attachment.

Also, if it is done, should the immo box be removed, or the antenna removed or kept as is?
