hi i need assistance with fvdi 2014 please tried 2 different laptops differrent bmws checked battery voltage with multimeter charger connected to vehicles keep getting the error on the attached image help will be appreciated softdog led is red interface led is flashing green before i connect too the vehicle thanks jacques
