I bought one edc 15 reader , I received it, but it does not work, always the same error message

adapter lost communication with edc 15

I sent several mails to codecard but they do not answer

do you have expérience with this seller ?

Serious seller yes, serious support NO.
In the past support was great but lately after you have bought and received their product then no support. I have sent many requests for assistance and no reply.

Try to write us what ecu you trying to read, what is the tool, your connection, etc...

I thing here is better support for you

In my case i bought 2800 euros worth of their emu's. When i asked for help via email i did not get one reply and when i go to open paypal dispute then i start receiving replies but still not helpful.

So what your problem? You trying read edc15 on board or on table? these old ecu´s i make with obd, if not work, desolder flash and tl866 going this perfect

This piece of crap can be blocked when you dont make a chksm (checksum) car start one (after programing) and then dead...

l don't find edc 15 reader in chinese production

l try to read on board and on the table 3 differents ecu

and always the same message ,
the soft see the adapter on port com 1 but l have a error message , adapter lost communication with edc 15

l send a mail to the technical support l wait for the answer

Make foto of your connection.

Have you with this device any succesful work?

Posible reasons, bad connection, or device dont work or badly settings on com port...

I asked them for a picture of the PCB, because the line k of the plug obd is not connected to the circuit,
that's why it does not work.

if the cable had been controlled it would have been seen

i opened a paypal dispute and i can send the cable and paypal refunds me.
but I just want the cable to work !!
