Default Opel UHP Bluetooth module - not visible

The UHP is simply not visible by phone (of course "Enable bluetooth" and "UHP Visible" options are selected).
Also, the "Start searching" option does not work. Nothing happens when it is selected.
The interesting part is that today I've got a second module with exactly the same problem.
Both modules are Delphi-Grundig 13187911 (ZJ-ident), updated to 3.20 software. They come from Vectra C and Zafira B.
Maybe it's some kind of a known issue?
    Any ideas greatly appreciated.

if the start searching doesnt show on screen for about 10secs then the unit is faulty...

by that i mean if you hit start searching and it immediately finishes like it nots even trying then again, faulty unit.. Not been able to resolve this issue.

Yep, it's not even trying to search.
Have you tried resoldering the CPU and/or bluetooth module?

A proper reballing is here unfeasible so I just heated them a bit.
Gentle touch gave no results. A bit more heat killed both the units
