Mitsubishi Lancer 2007+ strange problem, need wiring diagram

Hello.
*When ignition switch is on "ACC" position, radio, wipers etc runs fine.
*When key is on "IGN" position, Instruments and control lamps are alive, but radio and wipers not anymore.
All fuses are ok, ign switch is ok too.
There is no DTC's in ETACS system

Mitsubishi motors allow us to download diagrams for 6Eur (One hour, download up to 5 files) , that is very nice, but you can retrieve information about vehicles AS OF 2011,
and my patient is litle bit older (2008).

Anyone has an idea what the problem may be, or has access to wiring diagrams or service repairs?
