Volvo XC90 - All Keys Lost

I have a customer with a Volvo XC90 - 2010 plate.

I have read that sometimes the numbers on the CEM is an indication as to whether or not it can be done - Is this true?

Been looking at the Tango package which notes that it covers Volvo XC90 (2004-) 93C86, ID48

Does anyone know if a 2010 plate is still a 93C86/ID48 or not? I was hoping to avoid the need to get the CEM out just to see if it can be done. If that's the only way then that's that, however if not I'd appreciate some insight

I do also have VVDI2 which I've been reading does some Volvo, can't find much information on this though.

usually if it is the same model usually carry the same memory
in the help of tago shows immo image compare visual if it is the same immo
