Need help clearing crash data from Clio using carprog v6.80

Alright chaps, am struggling to clear the data from my ecu. I've got it out the car and am using the A15 connector to 3 of the pins on my ecu (0 285 001 537)

Using the standard tab it's letting me read the chip and find the crash, then lets me clear the code. After telling me it's cleared, when I go to read it again it finds the crash again!

What am I missing?
