hi,please help i have to immooff this car:toyota corolla xli

gazoline ecu N° 89661-1E480
211000-9810
it's the first time i have it & i'm confused !
what chip inside & is it possible to immooff,because all key are lost??
i have Carprog-uupa-xprog
