    I have a couple of tuned files for a vectra c 1.9cdti 150bhp I have a stage1 and 2 will check the id when I get home mate

    Did you write over OBD with KESS and it works ????

    Ofcourse it does yeah, You cant read the ECU via OBD but you can WRITE over OBD no problems

    I personally have never used kess for this ecu always used mpps and never had any problems

    Mpps read write this ecu more than 100 times, no problem

    Yeah mpps works just as good, you can get a half read with the mpps aswell

    for this ecu i make only on bdm..its more safe..like curtislee said,mpps can read a half file

    For safety of course BDM is more safe But Opel has very good place for ECu's to place so for me is good Mpps + Tech2 for extra case if would be needed but still not used

    To be honest I use mpps for most vag cars as well never had any problems with it un like my kess v2 clone no end of problems

    I've had issues with both.

    Was mapping a Audi allroad with a mpps the battery spiked and it locked the ecu.

    Same with the Jess, battery drop and spiked the ecu, at least with the kess you have a recovery mode!
