Default Mercedes CLC160 1.6L Petrol no spark.

    Hello guys!

So we have a clc 160 that has no spark. It had the engine replaced and now ofcourse no spark.

There are no errors, Star doesn't show anything faulty.

    What we have covered:
    ECU & Ignition swap
    SAM replaced
    Coils
    cam sensor
    Crank sensor
    Timing is spot on
    All fuses okay
    It's injecting fuel

Is there any common faults? Have we missed something?

Where really at a dead end with this

    Thanks

What signals do you have on coils, injectors?
Do you not have spark or injectors donīt open too?
When you run starter what are the rpm measurement ?
    The engine was changed,try to check,ground connections,sensors voltage,signals,fuel pressure.
If was all working well, see every conections.

    Hello!

Coils Are getting nothing, They have a slight earth but nothing impressive. same with the signal wire, very faint
    Injectors are injecting as should.
    Turns over as normal.

Everything is spot on apart from the coils/Spark

    Thanks

Confirm if you have + and - ( 12 V) and the third must be signal

We have 12v, Were just not getting a signal when cracking, We have had the full engine loom out and thats fine, We have checked the ring in the transmision for the crank sensor and that correct, We have tried virtually everything at this point, No error codes still but not getting anything through the signal wire
