    Hi M8,
Seems you have problems with exhaust temp sensor after dpf, check values before and during dpf regeneration..

    Hi
dtc P1490 its not from exhaust temp sensor, are just ash value from eep !
all you have to do are to set "new dpf" or set ash level to 0% .

i set new dpf three times... but dpf i think not burn out....

    I see level 0% but i drive next 200km level is 4-5% and 15-16g/l

When i burn out at a stop, ash level still 4-5% or 15-16g/l

Hi M8, yes it´s normal due texa takes info from inside ecu and you are surely measuring in sensor plug.

hi, i fix this problem but works only 1 year.

I clean the injection and dpf work but last month the car's powered dropped..

I buy new 4 same injections (FoMoCo) and write in ecu (lexia)
Now Car has power but the problems with DPF hat returned..
I drive 150-200km and car heave safe mode (only ~80km/h )
I have check engine light and injection light on dashbard

what happened? I only changed the injections for new ones.

maybe someone has documentation / procedures on how Fap works in this engine (2.2hdi Puma euro5)
    Please Help me guays
