Fvdi not connect on MS can

Hi m8.
I have problem with communication on ms can. Hs can working ok. I try to connect open Nokia 2014 and insignia 2012. Is there some solution for this malfunction?

i have the same problem with Fiat low speed can bus, what works for me is opening Renault v5.2 first, close it and then i can connect to can most of the times....i replaced all can-related parts on the pcb without success, very weird....
