disconnect abs plug and try start car
hi guys. i have a opel astra h 1.7 cdti 2009 who not start after i replace a headlight with positive cable out off battery. i have security code, i try to reprogramm key but not crancking. in opcom no fault code, key is reading but car with key in dashboard is blinking
disconnect abs plug and try start car
Still no crank
need more information,what engine,,,there are 6. Have you checked fuses? F2=80a F30=15a F21=20a K4=starter relay.
You don’t disconnect ABS unit.
So CAN Line will be interrupted.
Car don’t start absolutely!
you have some immo unit (ECM,CIM,IPC) don’t active.
Global diagnosis please.
i have global diagnosis and opcom say no fault codes. i remove cim and i resolder all pins. i enter in measuring block and say key status ok...programmed, crank allowed but when i rotate key no crank. and car with key is blinking. odd
the car...opel astra h 2009 1.7cdti z17dtj 81kw. i remeove the headlight and positive cable from battery. after that car start 3 second then stop and car with key blinking

error from steering angle is beacause i have not put weel back in cim
Headlight has nothing to do with the ignition/cranking circuit.
Check and replace the antenna (coil) in the key fob:

Common problem on those keys when blinking key MIL
i know that headlight has nothing to do with this. just i said what i do before not start. now i will change the antena and see what happend. thank you for replys
i change antena but still no. strange is if i try to programm another key is not working. it say programm failed
Can you diagnose all modules? Are they with "no errors"?
Transponder could be faulty as maucontacto mentioned but also CIM, pickup coil or wiring.
Start with the basic: connectors, fuses and do a continuity check with multimeter.
