    Default Golf mk3 turbo not boosting enough

    Hi guys, i have a golf mk3 with some mods listed bellow and the car was running very good,now i hybrid the gt18 to 1856 and it doesnt boost more than 1.6bar when it was supposed to spike at 2.3bar but on high rpm it goes to the requested 2bar, if i put the vaccum line directly on the vnt it boosts good...


    any help? i already checked changed the n75, and changed the map sensor for a 3bar and is doing the same


    List of mods
    -11mm plunger
    -.250 nozzles(injectors with just one main opening pressure instead of pre injection)
    -sachs racing clutch with single mass
    -1.9 sdi cam
    -gt1856 hybrid from mercedes 220cdi
    -55mm pipe work
    -60mm exhaust
    -FMIC
    -PD130 intake
    -4Bar Map sensor

    I think the problem is in the smoke limiter. You probably have a high EMP.

    ok, ill try to soften the SL a bit to see how it goes, thanks for the help
