last few h-rv i did had crash with the same symptom, this is because they used renesas mcu
if customer verifies it has been in crash, this might be the road to go down.

HONDA HRV 2017
Hello mates i had this HONDA HRV in my garage... i check the airbag and retrieved for fault codes and it has no dtc's... but the airbag lights on... tried several scantool to clear and hoping that the AIRBAG LIGHT will off but no luck.....Scan tools always show CLEAR DTC FAILED.. Any suggestions or ideas or anyone had the same problem before??
