Default Peugeot 307 1.6 HDI damaged ecu swap

    Hi

    I have Peugeot 307 1.6 HDI 110
    Old ecu was 0281 011 803
    New ecu is 0281 011 863

Before ecu swap car was fine in LIMP mode with DPF fault

Removed DPF, checked EGR and now has blank plate

I have few DTCs, I will try another EGR solutions

    P0104 related to MAF
P1728 can engine torque implausible (maybee related to EGR solution)
    P1166 rail pressure
    P1113
    P1639

The car is now having problems when decreasing RPM I can ear noise coming from rail
Sometimes when acelerating the car shuts off (like in this video)

BDM files from old and new ecu attached
Also OBD read from old ecu
I think BDM read file from old ecu is corrupted (failed to write OBD)
    Attached Files Attached Files
