Default 2015 toyota hilux very tiny chip, need adapter

hi guys ive hadf to do some very late lexus and toyota clusters and the 93c66 chip is so small
and i have to resaolder and then solder to another chip adapter

i bought this adpater from advice from guys on here

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SOIC8-SO...sid=m570.l1313

I tried the first chip on it yesterday but this adapter is a tiny bit to wide

this is for chips that are 6mm wide

the chip I have is about 3.5 mm wide

does anyone know where I can get same adapter but for the 3.5 mm wide chip

Never had a problem doing them io the board, I just solder to test points round the eeprom if my memory serve me right there is never a test point for pin 2 or 4 so normally just solder direct to pin.

Ive neer seen clips for tsop or msop only pogo readers. In my experience you waste more time trying to get a good read with pogo readers then what it takes to just place on an adapter and put it back.

Default Here are your package comparison,

They dont make clips for TSSOP-8 neither MSOP-8 as the previous member mentioned.
here is a link for the MSOP-8 that you need, for that nano eeprom

Desolder 5 seconds, read 5 seconds, solder 5 seconds.
    without risk.
