    Just take a look here: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index...ctronics_(MK60) and try to build the coding yourself.

    Good luck.

    how i cane get coding from ross i try but not successful

    Coding

    ABS/EDS/ASR/ESP (MK60)

    • Model:
      • +0000000 = Audi A3 (8P) / Seat Leon (1P) / VW Golf/Jetta (1K)
      • +0000064 = VW Touran (1T)
      • +0000080 = VW Caddy (2K)
      • +0000096 = VW Eos (1F)
      • +0000112 = Seat Altea/Toledo (5P) / VW Golf Plus (5M)

    • Frontbrakes (Sensor Cluster OLD):
      • +0000005 = FS III 54 15" (PR-1ZF/1ZM/1ZC)
      • +0000006 = FN III 54 15"/16" (PR-1ZE/1LJ/1ZP/1ZD/1LL)
      • +0000009 = FRNG 57 17" (PR-1LK)

    • Frontbrakes (Sensor Cluster NEW):
      • +0000001 = FS III 54 15" (PR-1ZF/1ZM/1ZC)
      • +0000002 = FN III 54 15"/16" (PR-1ZE/1LJ/1ZP/1ZD/1LL)
      • +0000008 = FRNG 57 17" (PR-1LK)

    • Suspension:
      • +0000640 = Standard/Sport Suspension (PR-2UA/2UC OR PR-UA0/UA1/UA9)
      • +0001152 = Rough Road/Comfort Suspension (PR-2UB/2UD OR PR-UA2)

    • Engine:
      • +0002048 = 1.4l / 1.6l & 1.6l FSI
      • +0004096 = 1.9l TDI PD / 2.0l FSI / 2.0l SDI PD & All with Automatic Transmission
      • +0006144 = 2.0l TDI PD

    • Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS):
      • +0000000 = with Tire Pressure Monitoring (PR-7K1/7K6)
      • +0016384 = without Tire Pressure Monitoring (PR-7K0)

    Notes: See production codes on car data plate. Coding is the sum of the individual options.
    Sensor Cluster OLD: Installed behind glove compartment (ONLY VW Caddy (2K) & VW Touran (1T) & Audi A3 (8P) <MY2005).
    Sensor Cluster NEW: Installed under passenger seat (All Others & Audi A3 (8P) MY2006>).
    Special Notes: When replacing 1K0-907-379-D with 1K0-907-379-K or newer, the original Coding CANNOT be transferred to the new Control Module. Instead you need to build a new Coding using the Table above

    At first look on car data label for the PR-numbers. Here you can identify the brake. Then you know your engine. I believe you have 1.6FSI, so 2048. Suspension will be standard, so 640. With or without tire pressure monitor I cant know from autoscan. Just look into data label. Letīs believe no, so add 16384. Model Golf, nothing to add. Little enginge means little brake. 15" is enough without power. :-) Sensor cluster new or old, I dont know, lets try both:

    0+1+640+2048+16384 = 0019073
    0+5+640+2048+16384 = 0019077

    Mate, your reputation in this forum is bad, maybe that's why nodoby wants to help? You seem to have done shameless things in the past
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;
    * Bosch ABS8.2, ABS9.0 and ESP8.2, ESP9.0;
    * EBC 460 (UP!, Mii, Rapid, CitiGo, Fabia, Toledo, etc) New!
    *
    ... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.
