Yes, you need to immo off both of course or adapt them to car. The question is what is the problem with this car? Why you need immo off? Because with not adapted key you cant switch ignition on or start the car.

the problem of this car is coming from an insurance company was stolen and the whole car disassembled cables cut pieces that are not his ... and before starting to put everything right I want to have it ripped and check what works and what does not ....
Just check, whether the ecu´s are original from car or not. If ecu´s have the vin from car, why they should be from another car? Why they should not be adapted? If the car does not start and many cable´s are cutted/damaged, why the immobilizer should be the problem? You must ask you how did the thiefs steal the car? I would believe they learned new key to car. Then of course the original keys wont work anymore. But in this case immo off won´t start the car. Just relearn the original keys. Check communication between all ecus in car.

I have ELSAwin, but only in german, because I am german. Better for you, if you have it yourself in your Language or english. Just Download Elsa over the weekend. Installation is Not hard. Before monday I can not help you...

brother e checked all connections with elsawin and it seems all right I think the problem is in the ECU because it seems to be from another car and also the key does not seem to be programmed for the car can help me to align VIN of ecu slave motor and verify data in addition to adding this used key to the dump of kessy 93c86 ?? and remove all the keys? or the used key can not be reused?

You are right. One of both ecu is not from car. Kessy is from car and one ecu is from car. At first you should try to adapt the original keys. Best choise is VCDS. Login should be 31260. If you have proper tools, you can adapt ecu by obd.

through the dump is it possible to delete all the keys ?? and adding new key with fvdi or hitag2 3.1 really works? the chip is 7946 id46 but to start the car is it possible to only program in a 7936? Thank you
Dont you have the original keys from car? You just can relearn them with vcds and the login code. Otherwise you need new key/transponder, but you must precode them to be a dealer key.
