bogege (16th August, 2018)
maybe the source of the problem is on the radio. I tested the reading with my programmer again on the skoda radio (9s12DP512). The reading (dump) is correct when the radio is switched on. Chrysler radio have antitheft and no turns on without a car. Any ideas how to turn on the radio on the table?
I think one of these files is ok

Read eeprom not flash Motorola.
eeprom in motorola
or as separate chip (then where is he?)
in this processor memory looks like that:
$0000 - $0FFF EEPROM size 4096
$1000 - $3FFF RAM size 12288
$4000 - $7FFF Fixed Flash EEPROM size 16384
$8000 - $BFFF Flash EEPROM size 16384
I do not see the code here. Read as $0000 - $0FFF EEPROM size 4096 or may be external eeprom 24c64
If you don't like it * close your eyes
--- Geros dienos ! ---
I found the external memory (24C02) only in the cd module
Code 100% in eeprom Motorola.
second eeprom is in radio head 24c04
I do not have experience with this radio,
but I think there are 2 options
1. The processor was secured and some part of memory was deleted
2. The programmer damaged/delated some part of memory/eeprom
conclusions
now radio does not turn on in the car
