Default Passat B5.5 Speed from Gearbox to ABS.

Hello I have AVF 1.9 TDI 96k and I changed my gearbox to another one from Superb which doesnt have wheel speed sensor. I am trying to program my Instrument Cluster for ABS sender but I am struggling.
I know I need to change K-value and I did, then I need to adjust speedometer map and that I did aswell. The problem is that ABS is sending 4km/h speed to IC. Car "thinks" that its moving, and when I open the door it starts to alarm, fuel consumption doesnt switch from l/100km to l/h. I just dont know where to adjust this in eeprom.
    Pls help.
My IC is VWK503 with code 3B0920849A.

Just asking because this is interesting problem... I have 3B0920829A cluster and vcds coding info say that k-value 1 = speed signal via CAN (23400). This doesn't work with 849A as should? Without messing with eeprom values. If speed is constantly 4km/h it sounds like 4 abs sensors sending 1km/h to indicate they are ok.

Does the car have CAN lines?
if it is not there, one ABS wire must be added
and output a speed signal to the meter
I think that nothing needs to be changed in the meter

Hi, my car has a CAN BUS. It is VW Passat b5.5, year 2004, 1.9 tdi 96 kW AVF. I tried to find solution, why are clusters showing speed 4km/h when car is stopped.

When i changed the value on address 065 from 80 (gearbox sender) to 81 (abs sender) and save, then during witing new eeprom to instruments moved speed needle to 4km/h. Before this change was this needle on 0km/h (when cas was stopped). I tried make some correction (via dash dump edit) but without success.
