Audi Q5 80A 2.0 TFSI 2018 changing USA lamps to Europe

Hi!
I have bought an Audi Q5 80A 2.0 TFSI FROM USA. I am from Poland so i need to change the lamps to European version.
The front lamps are OK only have a small orange LED lamp.
Can I delete them with VCDS?

Worse is with rear lamps, it looks good but the blinker works only as red blinking not orange as in Poland.
Can this also be done only with VCDS long coding? Or i have to change the whole lamps and maybe some modules?

What is the procedure?

You must change rear lamps, and code them, front lights should be possible, but not with VCDS.
