2015 tacoma no main body computer communication with techstream or anything else

so i got a call for a guy going to return his leased 2015 tacoma

only had one key so he wants me to make 1 more key and 2 remotes

so i make the key fine and go to program the remotes

nothing will add them........

x100t fail
skp900 fail
ikey820 fail
ck200 fail
green dongle fail
techstream fail also


so i pull out the laptop and log into the car with techstream and i notice that there is no "main body" tab

ive done plenty of toyotas

and main body is always there as thats where you do the wireless registration and diagnostics

and this guy definitely had remotes before

ive tried connecting to his car many times and nothing.....

any ideas????

ok so i had another SKERD 2010 tacoma today and it had the "sudden keyless entry remote death" 3 days ago


had the exact same symptoms as the previous one

remote worked just fine but car would not react to it though

no "main body" heading in techstream and nothing would connect to it
