Default Opel Astra G 2004 Z16XEP weird problem

Hello. I have a Opel Astra G with Z16XEP engine.

The car don't start, the "throttle body" closing more with ignition on.

The car stay alive when I "pump" on the pedal, the throttle not respond normally.

The ECU and throttle body is changed from working car without result.

    No DTC

    Any ideas?

Egr need cleaning. Alot of carbon sticked to the egr piston keeps it open. If the car starts only by pushing the pedal, it looks like egr is a bit open. Check and write the response if it worked. Thanks and rep, if this helped!
