SIMOS PCR 2.1 WaterDamaged

Hi all, i have a PCR2.1 from GOLF6 water damaged. it cant be accesed by obd. I cleaned entire board with ultrasound and tried with ktag without success.

This ecu already unlocked by me and have logs and files from ktag, but not entire flash then i think i dont have CP and pin.

If anyone know how to read cpu soldring in another pin on board i appreciate so much.

Get the immo data from the org cluster.
Also get the immo data from a replacement ecu and matching cluster.

Then adapt using vvdi2 or avdi.

There might be some that can help you reading it, even damaged.
You will still need to adapt a new, so leave this old ecu for now,

oh, i cant remember ists procedure. Thanks a lot, i will extract pin and cs from dash and fit into donnor. But first extract data from donnor

process not done. car start and stop because is immo active.

i think ecu donnor is not valid, anyone can check it? first photo is original and second donnor.

first ECU engine code is CAYB = 90hp and HW is 43
seconde engine code is CAYC = 105hp and HW is 23
you can't adapt it

if you want to adapt PCR2.1 , you need same HW , you'll succeed and all wil be fine

Finally i fitted an ecu from polo 90cv with CAYB, then adapted with vvdi2 and car start, but now i cant change large coding.

I tried with launch, avdi, vcds, and finally odis online.. nothing works. I cant understand why its happend this.. coding in ecu is all zero, if change anything, error coding.

if somebody know what to do, please let me know.

you must find suitable flash for that ecu,
had same problem,
write full flash, not only maps,
unlock ecu efore

And flashed with same version as original damaged ecu. I cant understand why i cant write long coding.

what kind of flasher you used....?
if you not try it with vas and odis e... try it with them...

that is your problem because you write original flash from ecu 1,
your ecu not compatible with ori flash,
had same situation like you, coding all zeros,
if you write ori flash from ecu 2 then coding will appear

Hi!! I flashed with same MA version, now i have coding from original car but i cant change, i tried with odis (not online) without success, then tried with launch but need aproval access and i tried pin 12233 and not works. with avdi give me error too.


i need code car because not works AC and cruise control.

if you compare these ecus when opened, then you will see that they are not same, missing some chips...
best way is to find ecu with same hw number to solve your problem (like i did)
