Default solution for U0118 fault on Ford Focus

    Somebody might find it useful.

Lately got a few focuses with the same u0118 fault, no comms with aditive module, so decided to look into it. Noticed in forum that it is quite common.
Got the module out from under the rear seat, and found there is no continuity between two through holes. check pictures for repair.

Wonder if it's caused by the cap leaking ?
