AUDI A5 F5 2018 US rear lamp convert to EU standard.

Hello everyone.

Guys I need yours help. I have a Audi A5 F5 2018 from US imported to Europe. I have to change rear lamps and convert to EU standard - orange rear turning signals separated from STOP signal.
I added missing wiring, changed rear lamps and now I have a problem with coding/adaptation.

I tried to make it via VCDS v2 and VCP but wth no luck.

Probably the best interface will be VAG CAN PRO - by "one click" you can convert lamps, but I dont know where we must connect missing wire?
