Need help to read DENSO ECU

What is the Ktag protocol ( family number ) for this Denso ECU ? I have pulled out it from A Toyota Hiace van.

I tried to backup 1st via Ktag (family 762) but I got this error message several times. I checked the connections many times. It will be great if any one of you can tell me what I should do

Hi

I had the same problem with ktag (but with other ecu type) a few times and than I restarted the ktag and was good (try to unplug and plug usb cable before restart ktag)

I tried several times but it didn't work for me.
